Nozick on democracy

There is a very thoughtful and civil conversation going on in the comments to this post. Keep it up folks. Meanwhile, those of you invoking what is reasonable and not so reasonable to decide democratically (and those invoking Nozick's name to justify local regulation) might look at this. If you wish to comment on this Nozick argument, please go to the original post. Majority rule without a real constitution is very dangerous.
